Services and prices
Fixed prices for Microsoft work. We do the work end to end. Payment first; then we start.
Minimum setup fee: $180, paid first
Every new order starts with a one-time setup fee of at least $180, paid before work begins. It covers account setup, verification, users, licences, security and GDAP (Microsoft's partner admin access). Where Microsoft gives a licence at no cost, the licence stays free from Microsoft; our setup work is still paid.

The $180 minimum setup fee applies to every new order. Prices are in US dollars.
Licences
Microsoft 365, Copilot, Azure, Teams Phone and Business Central licences are billed monthly or yearly at our standard TRUE.org prices, through our Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider account. We send the exact licence price in writing before you pay.

- Written quote. We reply by email with the price and a secure payment link.
- Pay first. Work starts after payment, including the $180 minimum setup fee.
- We do the work. Updates and questions stay in email.
